We hold Open Days at our campuses on specific dates throughout the year.
During these organized tours you can see behind the scenes of your chosen campus, meet students and staff, and immerse yourself in the gastronomic vision of Chef Alain Ducasse.
Should you be unable to join a formal tour we would be pleased to arrange a private campus visit.

Paris Campus Open Days are your perfect opportunity to explore this state-of-the-art facility.
Learn about our programs and enjoy a guided tour of the campus. Most visits will also feature a special demonstration class, where you can watch chefs and students in action.
École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie
Established in 1984, École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie is the international reference for pastry arts education.
During your campus visit you will be able to discover the complete range of programs we offer. You may also have the opportunity to watch chefs and students in a live demonstration class.
